My previous roll as a Transportation Compliance supervisor I was well-versed in DOT safety regulations, inspections, and maintenance and on time deliveries. Developing and implementing processes to control my companies Driver Qualification files and improve on the quality of our companies drivers to reduce costs in accidents and increase company revenue. As a transportation and logistics professional I also have experiance in purchasing warehouse equipment which help aid in inventory reconciliation. As a leader and a team player with excellent communication skills. Throughout my professional carrier I have made it a point to the best at what I do. By being safe, properly trained, and organized within the rules and regulations of the DOT and OSHA. Also with improved talent for negotiating and implementing cost saving measures without compromising quality. I adapt quickly to the changing needs of fast-paced and growing companies and organizations.
