As the Co-Head of Global M&A at William Blair, I lead our team’s largest global product offering, delivering strategic advice and execution excellence to clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, healthcare, consumer, and industrials. I have an MBA from Harvard Business School and nearly 30 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and equities. I also serve as the Head of Technology M&A, overseeing the largest and fastest-growing practice within the firm, with more than 40 transactions completed in 2023. My core competencies include origination, negotiation, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and closing of complex and high-value transactions. In addition, I manage several of our firm’s most impactful relationships within the critical private equity channel. I am passionate about creating value for my clients, partners, and colleagues, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence at William Blair. I am always looking for new opportunities to leverage my expertise and network to help clients achieve their strategic and financial goals.
