I am Passionate CIPD Level 5 qualified Learning and Development Trainer. My passions are clear and simple- helping and teaching people. I have a wealth of training and customer service experience and I love dealing with people face to face. With the skills and confidence I have attained from my previous career within Entertainment, i have gained the confidence and abilities to succeed within L&D.I’m ambitious, hard working and confident with strong leadership qualities along with good creative and organisational skills. I have worked on some smaller training projects this year, gaining me some valuable experience, and I am currently in an Employment Advisor role with Reed in Partnership, which is giving me even more valuable experience with training and helping people. I am now looking for the next big training opportunity.
