Overall objective: to establish, implement and control the model and supply policy, taking into account the performance indicators, constraints and strategic interests of the company.Responsibilities related to:- stock management, both at the company level and at distribution center level;- involved in the structure changes of the distribution model - short and medium term simulations in order to identify the impact on processes and performance indicators;- act as the operational link with the internal and external suppliers;- compute and update minimum and maximum stock levels, safety stock considering target service level and limitations as shelf-life, operational and storage capacity, etc.- establishing, implementing and verifying the ordering process to internal and external suppliers according to the company's efficiency criteria;- calculating and sending monthly forecasts to suppliers - month and SKU level;- coordinating, controlling and approval of the transfer of goods between warehouses, according to demand, economic or strategic considerations, the storage space and the operational resources;- selection and evaluation of carriers, negotiation of freight conditions;- issue and coordinate weekly operational plan;- actively participates in the definition and updating of the working procedures for the logistics clients;- collaborates with logistics, sales, marketing, financial-accounting;- continuous training of the employees - participate in the mentoring program.
