I work as a Trading Administrator for a London based pioneering sports spread-betting company.The responsibilities of the role include:· Overseeing proposed bets in relation to client restrictions in real time, ensuring that Extrabet risk models are adhered to at all times· Undertaking ongoing analysis of all new and existing clients at Extrabet in order to implement any necessary changes to client’s limits and restrictions· Manage the sports markets at Extrabet in the absence of the relevant dealers, in accordance with their specification and best market management practice· Ensure that the Extrabet website is maintained, displaying up to date and relevant information and free of any errors· Recognise instances of Arbitrage, taking relevant steps to move markets accordingly

I initially joined Extrabet as a customer services assistant and was required to deal with telephone and email queries. I also undertook credit control and provided administrative support to other departments when necessary. As I progressed in my customer services role I began to assume responsibility for escalated client issues. As part of the role I became experienced in identifying potential/actual business issues and liaising with the I.T. team and business managers to resolve them accordingly.
