Daniel began his career in the Washington DC area where his roster of high-end projects include work at the Naval Observatory-Home of the Vice President of the United States; the Pentagon after the 9/11 terrorist attack and new construction at the National Security Agency building in Laurel, Maryland. Coolidge moved to the southwest Texas region in mid 2013 where he continued building his list of high roster projects working in the construction department at Carlton Woods a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course.During a career that spans almost two decades, Daniel has established his reputation for building relationships with residential consumers and business owners – some of the most notable being Federal Realty Investments Trust , a R.E.I.T. Developer/Owner and PCM Services where he worked on numerous government buildings which required high level security clearances.Daniel’s experience includes a diverse portfolio of projects and an impeccable reputation with owners and subcontractors across our operating markets. Dan is rarely found in the office and prefers to be out working on site with his team, ensuring that projects are moving forward seamlessly.
