I designed and sold electronic security systems to a wide variety of clients in both domestic and commercial environments. Overseeing each project from start to finish. Specialising in the installation and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry and Intruder Alarm systems.

I was responsible for all staff within the office, the success and future development of the Welling Branch.Duties included: running daily sales meetings, setting and achieving daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets within residential sales and financial sales. Delivering a consistent customer service whilst overseeing every sales throughout the branch. Attending monthly management meetings and reporting on monthly activities. Actively leading daily activities, constantly reviewing and adjusting the office focus to ensure targets are hit. Motivating and guiding all staff to ensure their personal goals are hit and as a result the office goals being hit. Budget planning, account reviews, property valuation expert, marketing expertise, offer negotiator & sales progressing.
