Maintenance Technician II's duties include: grounds maintenance , snow removal and application of salt treatment on community sidewalks and entryways, weeding and planting of flowerbeds, scheduling and facilitation of contractors in addition to completing in house repairs during an expected 7 day apartment turn process, processing and handling of work orders related to apartment maintenance including:Repair / Replacement / and Maintenance of: doors, locks, latches, doorknobs, bi-fold doors, window, hardware and screening, drywall, paint, drains, toilets, shower and tub fixtures, tubs, tile walls and floors, bathroom and kitchen faucets, garbage disposals, electrical fixtures and wiring, air conditioning systems, boiler systems (both hot water and zoned heat), chiller systems, alarm systems, and appliances including : - refrigerators - microwaves - electric ovens and stove-tops - washing machines - dryers - electric and gas water heaters In addition to these duties there is a rotating six week on-call shift to handle after hours emergency maintenance - On-Call shift covers off business hours for; Traver Ridge, Traver Crossing, and Medical Center Courts, from (5:00pm to 8:00am) (Monday - Friday) and all day on Saturday and Sunday.
