I have over two years of experience in human services, providing direct care, coordination, and advocacy for individuals with complex needs.I also have a background in journalism and lean manufacturing, where I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for learning and problem-solving. I hold a Bachelor of Science in journalism from Central Michigan University and an Associate of Arts in English from North Central Michigan College. I am a recipient of the Joseph W. McCarthy Scholarship for a semester of study in Ireland and a former editor-in-chief of a student newspaper. I am motivated by the mission and values of Grand Traverse Pavilions and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
