$300 million re-development program capturing the construction of a new 500,000 square foot replacement healthcare campus which includes a new 144 bed hospital and a new Medical Office Building (MOB). The program also includes the demolition of the existing 726,000 facility and the renovation of 126,000 square feet of supplemental healthcare buildings. Scope of services includes: coordinating Certificate Of Need (CON) requirements, equipment procurement, maintain master budget and schedule, oversee design process, construction administration, and facilitating the client transition from the existing to new campus.

$44 million construction of a new Central Utility Plant for British Petroleum’s North American Headquarters. Scope of work includes: demolition and build back of area to house new Central Utility Plant, installation of major equipment and systems that provide the electrical and mechanical infrastructure to the Headquarters Building, and the removal of existing Central Utility Plant. All scope of work performed while the Headquarters Building is in operation and with no disruptions. This scope was executed with an extremely high standard for safety and accommodated standards as being performed in an industrial/refinery/high risk environment.

$155 million bond program to construct, renovate, repair, improve, furnish, and equip over 70 St. Louis Public School facilities. Facility enhancements include: environmental services, roof and window replacements, upgrading technology, security enhancements, upgrading school kitchens and restrooms, and improving school playgrounds and athletic fields. The services for this project include pre-construction, estimating, project controls, and construction management.

Jacobs serves as the GSA CM for this $110 million ground up project consisting of design review & coordination, quality control, budget management, and transition coordination for the government occupation of a developer owned 500,000 sq ft. facility. The new facility houses 15 records bays and 3 floors of office space supporting 16 tenants.

This $4.1 billion military construction program encompasses 90 projects involving 300 buildings, on 3,100 acres to accommodate 10 million square feet of living and work space in support of approximately 30,000 Soldiers.

The scope of the $684,000 renovation of the flood damaged courthouse included a complete sanitary tear out, repair, and rebuild of the levels affected by the flood. Jacobs provided contract coordination, scheduling support, and construction management services.

Managing New Orleans schools’ emergency restroom renovations for Louisiana Recovery School District. The project scope includes renovations to over 400 restrooms in 23 schools and included an expenditure of over $5 million in a two month period.

Tenant build out (Phase III) for new $50 million, 170,000 sf United States Courthouse housing three Courtrooms, Courts office space, Marshals, Attorneys, Probation, US Pretrial, Congressional offices, Senatorial offices, and Federal Public Defenders.
