Manage the Sourcing Specialist daily operations of obtaining expired Certificate of Insurance andState Licensing for technicians in network as well as sourcing functions and Contract Outassistance as needed.Manages a queue of 80+ contractors in consideration for technician openings.Process and verify all 1099 resources and credentials to maintain resource databases and maps.Verify contractor profiles are accurate and complete for onboarding including but not limited to:email address, contact phone numbers, and account names/titles.o Ensure dates are entered correctly prior to placement.o Add qualifications for each contractor for HVACi and StrikeCheckVerify contractor credentials meet company policies as described below:o EPA Certification-Type 2 or Universalo Commercial Liability InsuranceVerification of certificate holder listingo State license if applicableo Driver’s licenseo 5 or more years’ experienceMake daily follow up calls to ensure contractors complete the onboarding process in a timelymanner.Ensure Conga documents are completed in a timely manner for accounting purposes.Send onboarding documents and invitations to contractors.Make sure contractor profiles are enabled to log-in to the inspector portal.Reset passwords for contractors on a case-by-case basis.Collaborate with adjacent teams as needed regarding technicians to maintain compliance toremain in network.Communicate with management on background check status for approval as needed.Update comment section profile to keep accurate communication logs.Continuously develop and uphold processes and procedures in relation to the onboarding process.Hold contractors accountable for completion of the onboarding process.All other duties as assigned.Position Requirements:Acts as a leader in day-to-day management of team members.Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.Must have the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environmen
