Lawyer. Graduated with a thesis on "The Need for a Framework Law on Climate Change". Master in Environmental Management and Ecotourism at the University of Costa Rica, with emphasis in Policy Design. Worked in San José, in the Environmental Commission of the Legislative Assembly of Costa Rica. Before returning to Peru, backpacked through several Central American countries and volunteered in a couple of national parks.Working for a couple of international organizations, gained experience in the field of environmental project development, social responsibility issues, education and community health promotion, as well as in the coordination with international cooperation agencies and their technical support, local government and native communities. Traveling and working in the Peruvian and Costa Rican jungle in recent years, he has been frequently involved in the management of international volunteer programs.In Taipei, Taiwan, studied Mandarin Chinese with a government scholarship at the National Taiwan University, then returned to work in Costa Rica at the Turtle Conservation Program, and currently lives in Germany, studying German at the Volkshochschule in Munich.
