I am a writer and editor with experience in shop retail. As a freelancer I have been involved in publishing for over a decade, compiling texts, writing articles and helping authors prepare their work for publication. I have compiled and edited over ten published volumes of fiction, both historical and contemporary, and have extensive knowledge of 19th literature as well as modern genre publishing. My recent publications include THE COLLECTED WRITINGS OF SIMEON SOLOMON and NIGHT’S BLACK AGENTS: AN ANTHOLOGY OF VAMPIRE FICTION. I currently offer a copy editing service for writers and students, with options for more in-depth suggestions on style and content should they be required. In addition, I am available to check and edit French to English translations, and to write cover text for event detailing, websites and catalogues. Last year (2023) my first translation from French, THREE DECADENT STORIES by Oscar Méténier, saw print, and I am currently in negotiation over the publication of two novel translations from that language.
