Class teacher of the last year of kindergarten (children aged 5). My work consists of developing a consistent teaching plan aligned with the city's curriculum and national parameters, in order to prioritize the integral development of children, valuing and respecting their individualities, culture and needs. My role as an educator is to guarantee the rights and voice of children on the classroom floor and in society, building and co-creating spaces and life experiences that enhance the present and future abilities of these children.Daily activities:- Planning transdisciplinary classes (reading, writing, musicalization, plastic arts, corporeality, mathematics, natural sciences, problem solving, etc.);- Plan organization using Office suite and Google Drive tools;- Creation and manufacture of environments and materials to support the daily activities of the children's routine;- Constant work with food and hygiene practices;- Elaboration of reports of the group and individual of the children;- Creation of murals and samples of works carried out by the group;- Project planning and teamwork;- Organization of events and pedagogical outings aligned with the teaching plan

I work with Elementary classrooms today, helping generally my colleagues with everything they need to support their teaching, by planning some classes, covering them when they need, producing material and providing proper resources to support students, developing a good relationship with children and family, guaranteeing a safe and welcome environment for all of them.

To develop daily activities with 2nd and 3rd year Elementary I classes. Work through projects with transversal and multilingual themes, being responsible for the planning of classes with my pedagogical pairs. In Sustainability, I had the possibility to contribute to an education that cultivates a Zero Waste culture, being able to be part of the construction of a curriculum that prioritizes sustainability. I had an active responsibility in proposing a Racial Education in the day to day of classes.

At Wish School, I had the opportunity to work developing multi age projects, supporting the arts lab, planning classes for Elementary School, monitoring the socio-cognitive growing of students, besides experiencing the implementation of participative models of management in classroom.

During my work at King's Park - Nayc & Acuk, I've developed habilities of time and task management, and also, intercultural communication and process atention.
