My actual position is Engineering Manager (promoted in February 2008). I am coordinating 70 engineers that assure the support for all production activities developed in Lear Romania – wire harnesses production. In this position I have to assure the continuity of the Top Management lines, the collaboration between Lear Romania Engineering and our Lead Units (engineering offices that are making the connection between the Plant and Customer) and to sustain the engineering daily activities in coordination with other Plant Departments.

Between 2006 and 2008 I coordinate inside Engineering the team that launch in production the new project Renault Laguna 3 (wire harnesses) as Car Leader. I lead an 8 engineers team. This team was responsible to manage the industrial drawings and all work instructions for operators Between 2003 and 2005 I coordinate the Components Database Service inside Engineering. Me and my team (3 persons) assure the maintenance and update for component database, the link between database and Logistic database and creation of the standard times associated with production processes.

Between September 2000 and April 2001 I worked as Progress Responsible within the Forge-Rings Dept. from S.C. Mecanica-Dacia S.A. During that period I was responsible with the supervision of energetic factors' consumption (electricity, gas, air, water, steamers) inside the department. I have contributed to the creation of a strategy(aplying certain measurements specific for our department) to decrease the loss within this sector. At the same time we started to implement the "suggestions system" and the "informatics system" within the plant.

Between April 1997 and August 2000 I worked at SC Automobile Dacia SA as an Electronics Engineer within Forging Department. I was responsible for tools and machines maintenance concerning electrical problems. At that time there were put in function "Static Generators of Medium Frequency Currents" for the induction heating ofthe pieces that were to be forged. I was also responsible of the maintenance of two "Brinell toughness control" machines from the Germain company Instron Wolpert. For that it was necessary to change the parameters when changing the measured pieces (markers). In order to resolve any problem that might occur at this kind of machines I was part of a group that was sent to Germany. For these machine I have created special working and maintenance instructions.During that time, too, there was put in function a special cleaning equipment - "sablage" - of the forged pieces. This equipment was purchased from Italy from the Cogeim company where I have been sent to analyze the product.
