Management of the Through Life Support for the RAAF and RAN Sustainment Contract

• Design and development of prototype satellite communications products.• Responsible for the OT&E of pre-production prototype products.• Responsible for the development of documentation for contractor product manufacture (SOPs).• Responsible for the management of product manufacture by contractors.• Responsible for the development of product user manual documentation.

• Responsible for analysing and mitigating hardware risks through test-based developmental approaches.

• Development of range of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices to assist people with a speech or language impairment.

• Assisting customers both over the phone and face-to-face with their electronic component and equipment requirements and issues.

• Provided business support to the Building Management section and the Land Office. I was responsible for processing maintenance invoices, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets as well as data-entry.

• Electrical maintenance including the installation and fault identification of electronic display modules and fuel flow meters, as well as general field and work-shop activities.

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of a range of electronic communication/surveillance/navigation systems and equipment used for Air-Traffic Control, ensuring all equipment met strict engineering and safety standards.
