My name is Daniel Costoso and I am currently studying a dual Diploma of Sports Development and Sport Business through SEDA Group. I have a strong passion for sport and enjoy teaching and educating others. I believe that the best pathway for me would be something in the field of Education or Sports Science. I have developed many transferable skills during my studies, some of which are my Communication Skills, Planning and Organizing and Leadership. Throughout my time at SEDA I have volunteered at a variety of sporting clubs such as Melbourne Victory and North Geelong Warriors FC. I was nominated as class leader in 2019 and really embraced this role to be a role model and positive influence amongst my peers. I am currently looking for opportunities that will assist in the development of new skills in my communication, Time management, curiosity and teamwork by investing my time into volunteering and sourcing valuable networks.My future aspiration is to be a P.E teacher. My time at SEDA has driven me to study teaching because of the experience delivering numerous school sports clinics, volunteering and completing work placement at North Geelong Warriors FC and Barwon SC which I loved. Currently I have completed 260+ hours of volunteering at sporting clubs and I am eager to gain more practical experience that will help to develop my professional and personal skills.I consider myself to be a very proactive and positive person who is eager to give everything a go and is a real team player. I am open to learning new skills, gaining practical experience and interacting with people who inspire me to reach my potential.
