In charge of the development of Total Ankle Reconstruction surgery’s digital plan; designing and documenting all the steps related to the total ankle reconstruction surgery using the company’s devices.Manage and lead projects for process improvement: Plan and coordinate activities, set timelines, request resources, address roadblocks, and communicate results in a timely and efficient manner. In charge of quality reviews of digital plans for reconstructive ankle surgeries. Ensuring the compliance of the plans and designs of the product to the requirements and standards within the company to pass downstream on the process.Provide training, feedback, and help to technicians and junior engineers in the development of digital surgery plans. Responsible for a cell-work (small group of 2-3 people) quality and productivity improvements.
