As an Analytic Research Consultant at High Street Equity Advisors LLC, I leverage my 45-year career in the institutional real estate investment business to support the investment professionals on issues relating to real estate performance research and operating analytics. Involved in the investment and management of over $20 Billion in commercial real estate at Copley Real Estate Advisors where I was a co-founder, COO and Board member, and then at High Street Logistics Properties LLC where I was a co-founder and senior managing director.I have also shared my knowledge and experience as a lecturer at Boston University Questrom School of Business, where I taught a case-based course in real estate finance, dealing with investment risk and management. In addition, I have served on various educational and municipal boards, such as Stonehill College, Boston College High School, Catholic Charities, Hingham Conservation, Community Preservation, Water Supply and Financial Advisory Committees and the Duxbury Affordable Housing Trust.I am also a SCORE volunteer mentor assisting clients starting, expanding and managing their small businesses.I try to apply my business and life experiences to help advance the missions and goals of these organizations.
