Managed over $53M in annual budgets and $2B in assets.

Led Value Stream Transformation at Denison Texas. This Value Stream Transformation, replaced the stall build process of 3 separate products with an assembly line utilizing CPS principles. Increased capacity 20% within the existing floor space and reduced cycle time 50%. The project enabled the rotary line to meet the takt time, created standard work for assembly line process, reduced overtime by 5% and decreased production hours per unit 20% while increasing throughput.

Maintained $427M in support and industrial infrastructure to ensure the timely repair of all critical assets and aircraft. Oversaw repair and overhaul of 112 F110 engines at Consoldated Engine Repair Facility. Refurbished 86 electronic warfare pods, and 128 LANTIRN/navigation pods. Provided comprehensive fuel system, electro-environmental, aircrew egress, and hydraulic support system expertise.

Directed 560 military and civilian personnel generating 51 C-17 aircraft that supported local, Higher Headquarters, Air Force & Department of Defense missions. Administered maintenance element of Prime Nuclear Airlift Force program; provided policy guidance and ensured readiness of all personnel and aircraft. Directed maintenance and established policy for integrated active duty, civilian and reserve team of 1,100+ maintenance personnel. Planned and executed Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff level exercises.
