I am an English law corporate partner, based with Linklaters' Warsaw office since 2006. I advise financial and strategic investors on M&A transactions in Turkey, Ukraine, Poland and the wider CEE/Eurasia region.I lead the Warsaw Corporate/M&A practice, co-head the firm's Turkey desk and am a member of the firm’s Eurasia Group.Before moving to Warsaw, I spent five years in Linklaters' Moscow office advising on a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions. Earlier on my working life, I worked for the European Commission and for a UK NGO on conflict resolution projects in Georgia.I have been lucky enough to have led on a number of the region’s major transactions and have also worked with our disputes team on a number of regional arbitrations.
