I have worked at incontrast for 8yrs. I started on the agency as a bench worker after being made redundant twice. within three months at incontrast I became a team leader. Then six months after I was promoted to supervisor a year on I was promoted again to shift leader a year after that again I took yet another promotion to joint assembly manager and my journey just kept coming as a year on I was promoted to being the only assembly manager at incontrast. I held this roll for two years and to my shock I then took another promotion to assembly line design manager specialist. I thank Incontrast for the the belief in me and the career opportunities and time and investment in training that has been given.
