Assistant Professor at uOttawa (Cellular & Molecular Medicine), scientist at OHRI (Regenerative Medicine Program) and holder of the research chair in regenerative orthopedic surgery (The Ottawa Hospital). My research focuses on the fundamental biology of stem cells in skeletal tissues, as well as translational research in regenerative orthopedic surgery. I trained at uMontréal (B.Sc.), McGill (PhD), Helmholtz Zentrum München (postdoc), and ETH Zürich (postdoc) where I developed skills in Cell/Molecular Biology, Cell Culture, Flow Cytometry, Confocal Microscopy, Optical Clearing, Time Lapse Imaging, Quantitative/Computational Image Analysis, Single Cell Techniques, -Omics, Lineage Tracing/Fate Mapping, Animal Models, and more.I teach stem cell biology and imaging at the graduate level as well as anatomy and physiology at the undergraduate level.
