Directed the creation, implementation, and administration of multifunctional departmental budgets, CAPEX, and P&L management as a whole.

Headed the management of Applied Oil Tools who manufactures downhole fishing tools for service companies both domestically and internationally.Directed product engineering, sustaining, quality assurance/control and all supply chain functions including procurement, planning, manufacturing, assembly, inventory, and distribution.Introduced cost tracking and reporting to maximize profitability.Implemented process controls to improve product quality and significantly improved brand reputation.Engineered raw material strategies and process changes on low margin products resulting in improved margins.Improved product designs to increase manufacturing efficiency and provided engineering guidance for customer specific tools.

Logan International manufactures a complete line of quality downhole fishing tools, completion tools and related products.Provided P&L management, implemented Lean initiatives, capital expenditure justifications, budgetary plans and personnel forecasts.Introduced numerous new products to the industry including Fracturing Systems, Direct Drive Power Swivel and various other completion tools.Deployed the utilization of the Quality Control module ERP to document non-conformances and provide KPIs to identify areas of improvement. KPIs communicated to all personnel to develop understanding of individual and departmental impact to the performance of the company. Coordinated $8 million dollar manufacturing expansion of the Logan Oil Tools’ facility in Houston and implementation of Lean methods to reduce lead time, improve on time completion and reduce scrap. Increased production capacity by 20% and maintains a low scrap rate of 0.5% of revenue.Achieved and maintained API Q1 and ISO 9001 certification for Logan Oil Tools and Logan Kline Tools.Launched Reorder Point methodology to provide manufacturing with consumption driven replenishment demand.
