I undertook extensive training in order to fulfill the role of Research Nurse, working for the South Staffordshire and Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. During this time, I acquired and developed essential rater skills for use with cognitive assessments to support the existing AD Genetics, MODEM and Masitinib research studies.As part of my role as a Research Nurse, I developed my own existing leadership skills, ensuring that research studies recruit to time and target.
