Key Responsibilities:• Inspection, monitoring and supervision of work on-site to make sure that it is inaccordance with the approved specification, shop drawings and method statement(MS).• Coordinate with QA/QC Manager regarding the proper implementation ofInspection and Test Plan (ITP), preparing Inspection Request (IR), Quality Checklist and follow site testing activities.• Regular coordination with the Project Manager, Sub-contractor, and Clientregarding the construction activities.• Keep records of site activities (IR), test carried out, daily reports, and qualitydocuments.• Monitor the project status and accomplishments and make sure that the work onsite are in line with the project schedule and budget.• Perform on-site investigations and evaluations to assess the current condition ofthe existing pavement and provide necessary recommendations for the repair andrestoration to the Senior Engineer and Project Manager.• Prepare daily allocation of manpower (asphalt crew), equipment’s, materials, andtransportation required for the on-going projects.• Supervise the mixing of asphalt raw materials whenever there are order andrequest from the customer.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage, supervise and inspection of works done on site, sub-contractors andexternal support team to ensure conformance to the contracts, plans and projectspecifications as well as the company policies and procedures.• Coordinate and provide assistance to the Project Engineer, Area OperationsManager, and the QA/QC Team.• Prepare quantity take off and estimate as required on day-to-day site activities ofthe project.• Verify and coordinate with concerned party all issues concerning to the projectsuch as schedule of work, specifications, deliveries of materials and equipment’s,estimation/details, variation plans and contracts.• Maintaining a detailed log book of all the materials received and used on site,equipment’s and daily monitoring of site activities.• Provide weekly material cost and labor cost.• Canvassing and purchasing of materials needed for the project as per the projectspecifications requirements and budget.• Attended monthly progress meeting in the Head Office regarding the project status,look ahead schedule, manpower, materials and equipment requirements and anyquality issues.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitoring of daily site activities in collaboration with Site Supervisor and ensurethat they are in accordance with the project specification, plan and schedule ofwork as directed by the Construction Manager.• Conduct site inspections with regards to the quality of work and checking therequired site testing as per the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). Witnessdaily site testing on on-going activities.• Coordinate with the Site Supervisor regarding the area of work that is ready forinspection and the required volume of concrete for pouring and ordering from theReady-mix concrete supplier.• Regular coordination with the Client, Project Consultant and Sub-contractorrepresentatives.• Prepare weekly site progress report and any concern encountered on site thatneeds the attention of the management. Attend weekly progress meeting.
