Direct the formation of an international NGO in Ukraine. During my time at UCI I have:* Managed the budget, logistics, and establishment of infrastructure and onlining of IT systems.* Established governance frameworks and ensured compliance with Ukrainian law.* Overseen hiring, and managed daily work, of Ukrainian employees.* Established collaboration agreements with various local and international NGOs.

Led a team of mechanical engineers and software developers in the delivery of various industrial automation projects. Consistently delivered on time, and under budget.

As an avionics technician I troubleshot, repaired, and replaced electrical components and systems on the AH-64 Apache, RQ-7B Shadow UAV, and UH-60 Blackhawk aircraft. These included flight control systems, fire control computers, avionics, optical systems, AC and DC power systems, and others.As a Crew Chief I supervised preflight procedures, worked with UAV operators and helicopter pilots during pre-launch systems tests, and launched and recovered UAVs

While working in a high stress environment I conducted over eighty UAV launches and recoveries with zero accidents or safety incidents -- a stark contrast to the Army average of roughly 3 accidents and 12 incidents per 100 UAV flight hours under similar conditions.Constant attention to detail allowed me to catch several mistakes previously overlooked by others. Following this deployment I was awarded the Army Achievement Medal for meritorious service.

Assisted customers in resolving a wide range of system and database issues, including: • Planning and deployment of high-availability database systems. • Performance measurement and diagnosis. • Root cause analysis of various system issues, including database degradation and core dump analysis. • System administration on Unix, Linux, Windows, and other operating systems. • Personally handled various crisis-level issues involving failure of mission critical systems and databases, often for hospitals which rely on their information systems for life and death decisions.

As sole proprietor I managed all aspects of running a small web development business, including: • The entire sales process, from cold calling through project planning and implementation. • Development of web site back ends, primarily on a LAMP stack. • Management of a small team of graphic designers and front-end web developers. • Occasional administrative tasks on Apache, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Unix systems.

My work at NTT/Verio consisted of various administration tasks on Apache, MySQL, DNS/Bind, Sendmail, and other Unix-based services. I also carried out system administration tasks for both FreeBSD and Solaris.
