Was a principle partner and served as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing the operations of more than 40 senior real estate executives for the nationally branded franchise. I was instrumental in growing the brokerage to a multi-million dollar revenue operation within several short years. Developed financial controls and was responsible for management of corporate assets.

As a member of the Financial Systems Team, responsibilities included managing the implementation of all new releases of FFS (Federal Financial System) and related enhancements. Primary task involved Software Quality Assurance for the Year 2000 (Y2K) conversion and implementation project of the mainframe based FFS software package (developed in COBOL and SAS).

Primary task involved supporting the “Year 2000” initiative in the development and testing of the Department of Veterans Affairs customized Federal Management System (FMS). Secondary task involved evaluating client requirements and existing procedures to streamline software delivery and installation processes.
