Since joining Solar Plants as a Director, alongside Oliver Farr and Leanne Farr, the company has grown from a small family run business, to a national company with over 70 employees. As the operations director, day to day tasks include managing and running a large team of national installers including scaffolding companies and adhering to stringent health and safety. I am constantly researching the newest technology and products that can be offered to our clients, including working alongside Specific and Swansea University, other commercial clients include Sony and Gower College. Earlier this year, the company installed the first Tesla Powerwall in the UK and the largest Aquion battery at Swansea University.
