Led Raytheon IDS, a world-class, 13,000 employee strong provider of advanced radars, integrated air and missile defense systems, surface and undersea naval systems, air traffic management, and command and control systems for the US and International Customers. IDS had customers in over 80 countries and operations at over 20 sites serving both military and commercial customers.

Led Raytheon Network Centric Systems, a provider of advanced communications, electro-optic and radar sensors, and command and control systems for military and commercial customers. NCS annual sales exceeded $4B through the efforts of over 10,000 talented men and women.

Led the 18,000 person, $10B in sales Lockheed Martin Aeronautics organization as COO with oversight of fighter, transport, and SkunkWorks programs and operations.

Led the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program and industry team in support of nine partner countries and the US DoD including USAF, USMC, and USN. Successfully developed the three aircraft variants including first flights of all three, stand-up of the new factory and two test sites, and new sustainment environment. Secured first four LRIP production lots of 64 aircraft, establishing the foundation for the program's continuing success with over 600 aircraft now produced.

President of Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training & Support responsible over 20 locations and $2B in revenue in support of commercial flight training, military training, logistics, and sustainment missions.

Led LMSC's commercial space programs and operations, overseeing satellite design, manufacturing, assembly, launch and in-orbit activation. Later led the Theater Hight Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile segment as Deputy Program Manager through successful EMD and transition into low rate production. Later led all of LMSC's business development efforts to turn around their losing streak and recapture key classified programs.

Plant manager of the historic Air Force Plant 19 Atlas Rocket factory where Atlas boosters and Atlas Centaur/Titan Centaur upper stages were manufactured.

Member of the original Lockheed - Martin Marietta merger team focused on the most challenging area of overlap Space. Successfully integrated the formerly competing businesses of Lockheed, Martin Marietta, GE and RCA, creating new centers of excellence for critical manufacturing and assembly capabilities.

Manager of Engineering and Manufacturing Technology at Lockheed's headquarters in Calabasas CA reporting to the Corporate VP of Engineering. Set CAD/CAM strategies for the corporation prior to the merger with Martin Marietta in 1995.
