As an Talent Acquisition Specialist at KPC International, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for various roles across the company. I leverage my planning, interviewing, and training skills to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, and to support the candidates' development and growth. I joined KPC International in April 2023, after a brief stint as a Director of Studies at EF Education First, where I managed the academic operations and staff of a language school. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork, where I studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. I am passionate about connecting people with opportunities, and helping them achieve their career goals.
