Currently leading RBC’s banking efforts for tax-exempt prepaid energy transactions. Structured 4.72 billion of sole managed prepaid energy transactions in 2023, representing 15% of RBC YTD negotiated par. Client Solutions Group. Responsible for providing balance sheet products for RBC’s municipal banking clients including, SBPAs, LOCs, Direct Purchase Products and Total Return Swaps. Restructured RBC’s TOB program to maintain Volcker compliance and corrected capital and booking issues that allowed the Firm to re-enter TRS market.

Established and managed the firm's $1bn+ Municipal Total Return Book, producing $120mm of profit during program's life. Structured a municipal hedge fund for a major fixed income fund complex.

Specialized in refunding analysis, healthcare merger and acquisition analysis, tax compliance and implementation of derivatives strategies for municipal issuers. Duties included reviewing all financial analysis performed on behalf of the Firm's healthcare clients and municipal issuers in the Southeast.

Structured and marketed reinvestment agreements, interest rate caps and swaps used by state and local governments. Member of the "wind down" team retained by the parent company to facilitate the sale and transfer of trading assets.
