I am a business-focused, senior H&S professional. Currently directing strategic and operational health and safety and compliance across the UK and EME. Previously held group director level position at Intu Properties, leading the UK's largest shopping centre owner's health and safety before being wound up. During my time at the British Council I lead the global safety and security of the UK's largest charity and with broad experience of building H&S capacity within a diverse workforce. Focused on delivering practical solutions in a variety of challenging environments, which have included the HSE and the BBC. I work across all levels within the business, ensuring strategic development and operational solutions to maximise impact to ensure organisational H&S while looking for unique advantages of managing risk well to enable the business to deliver. I have a broader view of H&S with the risk agenda, particularly, synergies with security, incident management and environment.
