First and foremost, I have a huge passion for IT. I have always been keen to be part of the changes that will happen, within the computer industry. Over the years, I have found it fascinating how technology can improve, within a short space of time. I have built up an extensive range of Technician and Network Manager experience. In my first professional contract, I was allowed to complete an apprentice course which will offer me a Level 4 Diploma in ICT Professionals and Competence. This also allowed me to gain customer service experience as I will be providing onsite and remote support. Completing my courses, within 3 years, led me to be promoted to a Network Manager. As a manager, I would have constant communication with Stakeholders by ensuring the service is meeting expectations. Meetings would be organized for any upcoming projects. I would take responsibility for booking and keeping the external companies updated, in making sure the project would go ahead.
