• Took the Khaki Surfer project from its conception, independently raising six-figure funding, establishing the business locale, tailoring the staffing requirements (9), and implementing the business model from pitch to.
• Provided strategic direction to the management team (3) and oversaw all expansion projects from end to end whilst maintaining investor relations and management reporting.
• Pitched and converted 30 top-tier retail & brand clients within 12 months, providing a running inventory of over 10,000 units at any one time.
• Within the same 12-month period, we were operating across 16 marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Fruugo, Wish, Mercado Libre, Catch & Trade Me), targeting in excess of 750 Million consumers on four continents and achieved 250%.
• Khaki Surfer achieved a 1% conversion rate with eBay (their largest marketplace partner, with 4100 positive customer reviews), and a 30% increase with Amazon, acquiring Amazon Prime seller status in the same year.

• Employed to help support the commercial elements of the business following a near-fatal accident on location, which rendered the primary presenter and producer unable to complete his responsibilities.
• The role focused on business development, promotion and sales generation of the ILT legacy archive footage, and brand marketing, including overseeing social media campaigns, external PR support, and the business's.
• Stabilised existing (and former) client/partner relations, resulting in the continuation of commercially obligated contracts for production and distribution.
