Mr. Rounds represents clients in government contract and commercial construction matters. Mr. Rounds provides counsel on a wide range of federal and state construction, procurement, and grant issues, including contract negotiation, contract changes and claim preparation, contract termination settlements, and regulatory compliance including Buy American and other domestic preference regulations.Mr. Rounds has experience litigating complex construction disputes. He has assisted clients in Federal and State courts, in domestic arbitration, and in international arbitration under the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association.
