Currently handling key accounts like Accenture, and HCL and leading a TAG team in sourcing the right talents for the Clients in IT and non-IT domains and have led a team in end-to-end in TnD project deploying resources for HCL IT infra domain. I have also spearheaded and collaborated with various stakeholders in obtaining the Great Place to Work certification. I have been a culture champion and worked closely with the leadership team in presenting and driving the organization's culture to all employees through workshops and internal communication. I have Headed the Digital & Social Media and corporate branding in promoting various projects focused on bringing digital transformation and successfully carried out marketing strategies effectively for the different projects and verticals of the Organization.Earlier, I have played a key role in an International Organization and its affiliates / associated organization for more than a decade in various key roles like Executive Secretary and Manager of International Affairs handling International affairs, Digital & Social Media, Website & Content Management, HR, and Client Relations Management and worked closely with the top level Leadership in planning and creating a strategic road map for the organization.
