- Collaboration with hiring Managers and act as a partner assessing needs, providing feedback and counseling to enhance the attractiveness of the job description.- Create and publish the job description in the right channels.- Sorting, screening, and interviewing candidates using structured interviews using behavioral questions, psychometric tests and tailored technical questions.- Headhunting of candidates, connecting and building relationships with active or potential talents- Negotiating contracts with clients and consultants reaching satisfactory situations. - Salary and benefits negotiation, contract signing, onboarding of candidates and administrative follow up (consultant life cycle).

Supporting Consultant Managers in the day-to-day recruitment tasks:- Redacting job descriptions and publishing them in the right channels- Sourcing candidates through different channels (Jobup, LinkedIn, specialized job boards for young professionals)- Sorting candidates via our internal system (ATS), screening and interviewing candidates (structured interviews using behavioral questions)- Administrative tasks related to recruitment (drafting contracts, insurance declarations, working permit demands, etc.

- Ensuring public safety during all kind of events and intervention to prevent threats.- Theft prevention and processing of the suspects in several Migros stores- Ensuring material and personal security in different environments (psychiatric hospitals, jails, worksites, production sites, manufactures etc.
