Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the overall itinerary product planning for Europe and specific Luxury Cruises. Manage pricing, positioning, and quality control, and curate exceptional customer experiences.• Provide professional guidance related to all travel aspects, end to end. Design unique itineraries for employee/high-end family tours, manage budget and conduct marketing campaigns via social media, lectures, and influencer shares. • Develop, cultivate, and maintain superior relationships with 100+ vendors in the worldwide tourism market such as new hotels, restaurants, and attractions, dealing with business negotiations and discounts to foster lasting partnerships.• Re-design the company's official website by creating a new brand visual and user-friendly experience with customer insights that simplify the original version, resulting in tour bookings of a 10% to 15% increase. • Perform in-depth market analysis in terms of product advantages and positioning, track market dynamics and trends (e.g., competitor offerings, pricing, itinerary updates, and new attractions), and continuously improve product strategies. • Respond adeptly to business escalations and emergencies during the tour, including flight cancellations, itinerary changes, and site cancellations, quickly identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal customer experiences.• Skilled in language: Chinese (native)Japanese (conversational) French (conversational)
