• Monitor and control the day-to-day operation of a Mercedes-Benz showroom. Overseeing the condition of of the showroom and all vehicles.• Create and optimise operation procedures for new business opportunity.• Generate reports & analyse results and providing recommendations to help with company’s development.• Collaborate with other departments to support related sales activities and execute said recommendations.• Create and review new standard operating procedure for all salesmen related activities.• Support ad-hoc business projects/tasks as requested, such as marketing events and new projects
