Because every single person has had different life experiences, different understandings and beliefs, my first goal is to get to know you and get a feel for where you are at on your journey. Once a month we will meet in person whenever possible or virtually if necessary outside of the workplace to create your plan and set some goals for us together to tackle. Once a week we will have a one hour zoom call to keep us on track and keep you in a state of growth and development.
