Information Technology Support Analyst
Current• Setup new desktops/laptops; perform problem diagnosis on desktop/laptop issues and execute fixes to ensure that desktops and laptops are operating correctly• Provide computer orientation for new hires to the organization• Responding to support inquiries, troubleshooting and managing hardware, software and network problems• Assist with the moves of IT equipment to new office locations• Maintaining and inventory of installed software, hardware, and components on the IT Asset Management system• Advise customers on appropriate action and walk them through the process when required• Serve as a liaison between staff and the IT department to resolve issues and ensure proper documenting resolution and closing of Help Desk Tickets
