I am the Operations and Maintenance Safety Supervisor for Talgo, Inc. I perform total management for a diverse crew of 30 plus mechanics, electricians, coach cleaners and electro-mechanics on a nightly basis to ensure that every train set is safe, clean and FRA compliant. As the Maintenance Safety Supervisor, I drive the entire safety program for the Seattle operations to include accident/ near miss investigations from first interview to cause analysis for future prevention. I also provide all the OSHA and WISHA mandated safety training to ensure that there is a safe environment in which to work
