In the UK I led the operations team responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of materiel across the UK, through the management of 157 soldiers and a vehicle fleet of over 40 platforms, including fuel carrying and C+E vehicles, with inventory value of over £15m2004 - 2006I had the privilege to command and be personally responsible for the operational effectiveness, career development, safety and wellbeing of 45 personnel.Managed vehicle fleet of 25 heavy duty vehicles, drivers and support equipment. Adhered to regional driving procedures, Health and Safety and Equipment Care doctrine.Formed, trained and managed a unit of 59 personnel on an Operational deployment for 7 months.
