As a lead tech I coordinated in home weatherization assesments starting with the initial walk through, which allowed the homeowner to get a feel for the crew and myself. It was imperitive that the homeowners felt comfortable with us inside every nook and cranny of there homes. I prepared to document all pertaining information into the system while the crew.

In a fast paced high energy work invirenment I was called on to do many things. From fixing tv's to removing airconditioners, shuttling airline crews, fixing dishwashers, replacing wax seals etc.I also performed many of the houseman duties in the front of the house. I was the direct line for the front desk as well.
