Supporting and teaming with the Boeing Company and HRL Laboratories working on the DARPA NETEX project creating new Internet traffic models and modifying prediction methods to assist MAC layer decisions in terms of QoS, delay and robustness for packet switched communication. This is mainly focused for military applications in a Spatial Time Division Multiple Access layer 2 protocol where ground and air users are gatewayed into an IP network through Satellite systems. I mainly focused on experimental networking while enhancing QoS for packet switched networks. I researched Energy Efficient Wireless Sensor Networks and energy aware Physical, MAC and Routing protocols for multi-layer hierarchal military applications.

Radio Frequency testing on cellular phones – GSM, TDMA, and 3GBuilt voice activated dialup test system, base station testing on mobile test system, contributed to the evolution of E911, customized mobile test van with communication parts and equipment, built semi-rigid cabling, built attenuator boxes, switches, dual duplexer devices, audio amplifiers etc… and built cellular phone software test tool for analyzing voice recognition commands and error ratios using Visual Basic for Applications.
