• Possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and experience sourcing passive candidates; excellent candidate assessment skills • Developed and implemented effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit, and select high quality candidates. • Matched the candidate with appropriate jobs and marketed candidates to the Account Executive responsible for that position. • Filtered through and reviewed completed candidate profile/resume and evaluated applicant's work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements. • Working experience with W2, Corp2Corp, C2H, RPO and Non-RPO. • Utilized proprietary Applicant Tracking System (Job-Diva, Dice, Monster and LinkedIn) • Worked with SI clients like Cognizant, NTT Data and other clients like Pilot Petroleum, Delta Airlines, Line Data, Citiustech, Sonata Software, Emid Technologies and Teva pharmaceuticals.
