My key responsibility is leading a sales team of over 15 people to deliver our volume, distribution, share of shelf,pricing and visibility targets for all our brands across eight (8) eastern States. Worked with private and government institutions to give us leadership share of shelf and presence over competing brands.Worked with eight (8) distributors to develop their distribution capabilities. The scope included training distribution staff, organizing warehousing capabilities, implementation of an efficient stock management style and training on certain accounting skills to help them understand financial basics of business and ensure they run their business profitably.

Responsible for institution and key account management for the Fidson business in four (4) major eastern States. Responsible for brand growth through strategic marketing activities; increase market and shelf presence over competing brands; reduce stock out through efficient stock management style.

Responsible for the retail, institutional and key account management for Swipha in three (3) eastern States in Nigeria. In this role, I organized retail audits and evolved route coverage plans for the territory. Worked with institutions and retail business owners to get them to list our brands and give us leadership share of shelf and presence versus key competitors. Implemented efficient stock management and replenishment plans to ensure we reduce significantly out of stock on brands all through the financial year

Deployed to electronic cards and channels of First Bank Nigeria Ltd.I was responsible for creating awareness of alternative channels of transaction. My marketing activities was geared towards reducing cash transactions and increasing the traffic on other channels of transaction to walk in customers. Customer service and customer retention was also within my job description.
