Managed Service Provider: Level 1 and 2 Technical SupportDuties range across a multitide of clients:-Infrastructure management around clients' servers such as Active Directory and Exchange (on-prem/hybrid/cloud from bare-metal to VMWware and/or Hypervisors),-Microsoft 365 apps and services - Majority of them Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint (licensing, BAU queries, and general troubleshooting),-Networking + Network Security using NBN technologies, SentinelOne EDR and Fortinet products such as FortiGate, FortiCloud, FortiAP, FortiSwitch, FortiClient, etc.-VoIP/Telephony, Pharmacies and medical clinics' database and printer management, liasing with vendor support teams for more complex issues both software and hardware-related Extra skills include PowerShell for automating tasks, reviewing Windows logs, and inspecting suspicious emails using various OSINT tools and sources (Static malware analysis based on signatures)
