Manage daily operations with P&L responsibility at a 72-year global leader in intimate apparel. Manage $25M budget and 8-person sales team. Direct report to CEO.Manage wholesale partnerships marketing, PR, sales presentations, white space mapping and program launches (including 3 U.S. brands, 2 major licenses: Heidi Klum Intimates and Frederick’s of Hollywood). Drive USA business, future initiatives, projections and budgets. Lead revenue growth from $5M to $15M and succeded in improving company’s overall footprint from 2,000 to 7,000+ doors as well as significant visibility on Amazon in 4 years.Created $10M in additional revenue at 50+% margins by diversifying a strictly department store distribution into more robust retail channels, including Fast Fashion, Club and Drug stores for the first time in Bendon's history.Instrumental in launch of multiple brands and ongoing business with mass market and drug stores (e.g., CVS-$6M+; Bed, Bath & Beyond-$3M; Costco-$4M; Dillard’s-$2M; Bloomingdales-$1M).Spearheaded Heidi Klum Accessories partnership with CVS, including identifying the opportunity, creating the assortment, and negotiating agreements. Sold 18 products into all doors (ongoing). Helped create and institute marketing program and initiatives working with global marketing teams in product and assortment launches, initiatives and events.
